The carefully selected space provides all the latest tech equipment and ergonomically designed spaces for a productive working environment.

The idea of sharing office space is not a new one. The concept that makes Mealtra different is our focus on tech development and our hacklab community. We aim to bring people in tech together in a space that drives innovation, collaboration and creativity.

Working in the Mealtra Office Space
For the consideration of all those using the Mealtra coworking space, we ask that everyone read and respect the following guidelines.
GENERAL
- Please consider the well-being of other Mealtra patrons. This includes consideration of your personal hygiene, health, and interactions with others.
- Pets are not allowed in the coworking space.
- No illegal internet usage.
- You may not use the Mealtra office as your business address or registered office.
- You may not direct mail to the Mealtra office or use the Mealtra staff to collect your mail, messages or take your calls.
- There are cameras in the Mealtra office to protect your personal safety and your belongings.
- Please keep the kitchen area clean and tidy. While we have a cleaning team, please be considerate of others by maintaining cleanliness in the shared kitchen area.
- Please don’t touch the flowers and plants; they are cared for by the office team.
WORK AREAS
- Do not make or accept phone calls or talk loudly in the working zone.
- Please switch your phone to vibrate and use phone booths for calls.
- Please leave doors open to phone booths and meeting rooms after use. This indicates to others that they are not in use.
- You must clear your desk when you have finished working.
- Please put your chair under the desk when you leave and take any office property, such as cups and mugs, where you found them.
- You cannot reserve tables and chairs by leaving papers, coats, or bags on them. You will be assigned a space on entry to the office.
- Do not leave your belongings in places that might be inconvenient for others, such as walkways or chairs. We provide lockers and a coat rack for your personal use.
- Please do not drink alcohol or eat a meal in the working zone.
- Please use the kitchen and lounge areas.
GUESTS
- Guests may be invited on notice to management for 2 hours a day and must take place in a booked meeting room.
- You are responsible for your guests and ensuring that your guests comply with these guidelines.
- You should meet your invited guests at reception and escort them to the meeting room, and back to reception when leaving.
